Simrun Mirchandani

Hello fellow BP members, my name is Simrun Mirchandani. Origianlly from the Sarasota/Bradenton area and have resided in Tampa, FL for the past 6 years. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance and currently am working on my MBA online at USFSP. Shortly after graduation, I landed a job with Ford as a financial analyst. This is the point where I realized I was capable of much more and found my passion of Real estate. I knew right away RE Investing was something I wanted to get into and dived right in by taking massive action by reading books on investing and even obtaining my RE license (currently inactive). I have saved enough capital now where I am looking to do my first deal, more specifically a Rehab or implementing the BRRR strategy. I would love to connect with like-minded people, so please feel free to reach out!
