Originally from Brooklyn, NY then moved upstate and eventually to Birmingham, AL where I was a mortgage banker. I also wholesaled and flipped single-family residential properties until 2022. I now live in San Juan, Puerto Rico where investing is a really hot market. There are many tax incentives here if you haven't heard.
