68 years old have been investing in real estate through my 401k plan which I administer. Have done trust deed investing, fix and flip, and buy and hold types of investments. Experience: I own 2 office buildings that I currently rent. Have done fix/flip projects in the Chicago area. I also had 11 SFH in the Detroit suburbs that I rented and flipped in my 401k plan. Only have 2 rentals left as I sold most when the market was good. Waiting for future buying opportunities. Current focus is in trust deed lending, notes, fund investing, and syndications.
