Working as a Systems Engineer. Aiming to purchase my second rental property in 2018, with a goal of 20 within 5 years. Experience: I have done one live-in flip. I barely broke even, but learned a few things about keeping emotion and personal preferences out of it. I have one investment property, a vacation rental in Whitefish, MT. Getting ready for the next - more profitable - cash-flowing rental. My long term goal is to build a diversified portfolio of SFRs and multi-family that will lead to long term wealth and passive income. I intend to work backwards from my "freedom number"! Currently seeking to build relationships with experienced professionals.
