I am looking to invest in general buy-and-hold investments in the New Orleans, LA area. This includes single family, multifamily, and apartments. Also, I have a full time job, and will be making investments on the side, building up to the level where I can transition to full time investor. To help others and learn about real estate in my area along the way, I have started a pressure washing company to assist with house rehabs, as well as property maintenance.
