Recently relocated to Green Bay. Personal experience includes renovating a single family home via House Hacking, one self managed rental, and one flip. Professional (W2) experience includes analyzing all manners of Commercial Real Estate from large ground up developments, value-add, and core/cash flow strategies. I am employed as a CRE Lender (here to provide advice or guidance - not to solicit for deals), so happy to help the community any way that I can.
