I have been a multifamily property owner since 2008, we have currently sold and bought a four flex, We now have the ability to start investing in bigger multifamily properties. I am currently a part time investor but planning to be a full time investor after my next purchase of a large multifamily property. I am a Do-It-Yourself type of person, have multiple certifications, I currently specialize in Fire Protection Services, have owned multiple business's, still run side business's now, and want to continue to grow towards financial freedom in the form of passive income through multifamily and large multiunit properties, to one day give back to the community, not only in the form of a roof but also build big business's with proceeds from my rental property investments in the form of jobs and charities.
