About myself
Side hustle investor. Everyone knows me as Sonny. Looking for good deals on houses I can do work on after my day job or on weekends. I'll go where the deals are: SF, MF, 4-plex, etc. I am currently looking to expand the # of units by looking for a 4-plex. Real Estate is fun and I hope to leave a few free a clear properties to my children.
