Hi, All! My name is Solomon, Im a newer member of BiggerPockets and very glad to be here with all of you real estate investors. Im a young investor in Ohio (Dayton, Kettering, Miamisburg, Brookville, West Carrollton, Troy & Germantown Area). I am looking to start my buy and hold rental property portfolio at a young age. My goal is to have my first rental property bought and cashflowing by January 1st 2017. I am very open to new ideas and creative financing, I am also someone that doesn't like to waist time so if I come across a good deal I'm a “pull the trigger” type of guy.
