About myself
Hi, I am a relatively new investor based out of Frisco TX and have been investing in RE for the last 2 years now. I have several single family rental properties in the DFW metroplex area. Since the market is getting tighter here, I am now looking to venture out into farther suburbs of Dallas and maybe into Houston in search of those elusive deals. These days, I am exploring the owner financing area seriously as I am already getting tired of rentals.
