About myself
Owner of Southern Squire Properties in Summerville, SC. www.southernsquire.com I am also a licensed Realtor with Carolina One Real Estate in Mt. Pleasant, SC. www.DerrickBurbage.com I currently do 4-5 rehabs/flips per year and am looking to grow my flip business and also get back into owning rental properties. I also currently operate 1 airbnb property and am looking to add a few more this year. I would love to connect with like-minded investors and find active wholesalers to work with.
