I work a W2 job as a Supply Chain Director, building my business during my "free" time. I have my General Contractors License, build new houses for build to rent and retail, and rehab. Experience: Significant rehab and new construction experience. I self-perform many tasks; Trim work, building cabinets, excavation, etc... I prefer new construction as the process is much more predictable. Real Estate Goals: Continue building new homes for rent and retail, rehab and hold or flip, develop a larger syndicate deal - 20 to 30 single family homes. Open to reviewing potential partnerships or discussing my projects with interested parties.
