About myself
I am a licensed real estate appraiser in my local area (15 yrs), and have owned a small construction company that specialized in remodels for bank owned REOs and make ready type services. With my day job as an appraiser I am constantly seeing other investors making profits and some deals that I would like to get involved with. Looking to take that first leap into becoming a real estate investor myself.
