Hi. I am Spence. I bought my first rental property 12 years ago. I have bought 6 more since that time. I originally got into real estate as a strategy to provide a retirement stream of income for my wife and I. I have recently decided it is time to step up and try to do more. I would like to try to establish an active income stream in real estate either through wholesaling, or rehabbing properties. I realize in order to be successful doing this I need more knowledge. I truly believe that the smartest person in the room is the room. Thats where bigger pockets comes in. I am here to be an active member of the community and try to learn new things.
