Hello all. I am an architect that invests in rental units that need redevelopment. I currently have two properties in Chicago. I would love to eventually scale up to commercial properties but for now I'm dealing with 2-4 unit buildings. I dislike the idea of landlords maxing out unit prices. My preference is to provide competitively affordable rental prices because I want long term tenants. Housing does not need to be a burden for tenants and it can still be a profitable investment.
