I'm currently a student studying nursing at BYU-Idaho. I am looking to network and build relationships within the industry as I intend to begin investing in the next year or two once I have graduated and have a stable W2. I studied construction management for 2 years in college, and have a good understanding of the rehab process. I have experience doing home repairs such as toilets, painting, appliances, electrical, flooring, and minor carpentry. I have read J. Scotts books on flipping, estimating rehab cost, and real estate negotiation.
