Current Realtor, Happy father of two, and small BRRR investor. College degrees in economics, arts management, and social change and development led me to a wonderful blend of creative thinking and loving numbers. Bought a condo while living in Boston and working a typically 60 hour a week job out there to afford living. Moved back to Midwest to start family and follow my wife's career. It was then I decided to find a better work/life situation. We own two properties in Madison, renting out one and for now live in the other. Hoping to buy a around 10 more single family BRRR investments. GOAL - Be able to generate 8k a month in rental incomes, and have appreciating assets to pass on to my kids to start a new trend of wealth in my family that hasn't existed prior.
