I'm currently working full-time as a tax accountant and have a desire to invest in real estate. I'm very interested small multi family to get the ball rolling. Experience: I previously worked at a real estate company that owned and operated 21 apartment complexes. Real Estate Goals: I want to close my first deal by the end of 2018 and get the cash flow game started. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for multi family properties in Memphis, TN. I'm looking for something with deferred maintenance that I can add value.
