About myself
I have been working in construction for over 15 years and have always had an interest in real estate. In January of 2017 I finally decided to take the leap and start my own real estate investing company. Experience: Started Mirth Properties, LLC in January of 2017. I have been concentrating on rental properties and currently own 10 units in the Tulsa area. Real Estate Goals: - Financial Freedom!! - Continue to build my portfolio and within the next couple years purchase a large apartment complex (100+ Units). - Eventually move into development of large scale residential and mixed use projects. Currently Seeking: - Deals - CPA - Commercial Real Estate Broker - Other investors working in the Tulsa area.
