I started investing in real estate in 2019 when I purchased my first SFH in Memphis through a turnkey provider. In 2022 we ventured into short term rental and purchased a cabin in Broken Bow, OK. My husband and I now own 6 properties in Memphis, OKC, St Louis and Broken Bow. This year we will look to continue expanding our SFH portfolio and venturing into multi-family units. We are actively looking for cash flow positive 4plex in C neighborhoods at $300-500k price point. Target markets: DFW and Houston. Currently Seeking: Real estate investment opportunities.
