My husband and I are interested in investing in Real Estate. We have owned real estate both separately and together - primary and investment properties. His background includes 25+ years as a General Contractor and my background is in Accounting. Our goal is to flip properties again but we need an investor to partner with. We live in Costa Mesa, CA and would prefer to flip in Orange County but would also consider other surrounding counties or even out-of-state properties (Nevada, Arizona or Texas).
