Stan Watkins

I was born and raised in New York City, currently out west, I began interested in real estate during my undergraduate years in NYC. However, this I believe was just a re-awakening of a dormant desire I'd developed as a youth in playing monopoly. That said, I was doing flips, buy and holds primarily in the upstate NY market, a world of difference from the City's real estate market. But, that was my learning curve, plus in those markets I could act as financier on most properties because of the suppressed values relative to NYC's value. But, this is a relationship business, and as I have moved on to complexes, I'm looking to establish my relationships with those who are in the know relative to real estate investing.
