About myself
Experience: Landlord for 4 years following the housing crash until values came up enough to sell. Barely broke even on the whole experience but learned a LOT of lessons and that I want to be involved with rental real estate when the deals make sense on day one! Real Estate Goals: Mix of rentals and flips. Still researching what is best in my area and style. Currently Seeking: Creating my business and education plan. I am still learning what I don't know so I can close the gaps and make an intelligent plan.
