St. Clair Grosvenor

Hello everyone, my name is St. Clair. Originally from Brooklyn, NY. My family and i moved down to the beautiful St. Petersburg, FL, where I currently reside, since the tender age of 5. So I'm pretty much a Florida boy. I am currently getting my feet wet and immersing myself into the real estate arena, primarily wholesaling for now. I'm 30 years of age, a U.S. Veteran and have one older sibling...my sister. I have a Caribbean background. Both of my parents are from the islands of Trinidad and Barbados(hence the name lol). I'm a pretty chill, fun, all around genuine guy that loves the beach, bars, art, and other outdoorsy activities my city has to offer. I look forward to connect with you all!! Cheers!
