Working as Project Architect and accredited LEEP AP on new construction Govt', Institutional, and Healthcare buildings in addition to all the personal sweat equity performed on my home and (4) rental properties. Looking to supplement income through expanding Property Rental portfolio until financial independence and eventually shift career into multi-family Property Development Currently investing in Hunsville, AL and keepng my eye on Birmingham, AL market for distressed SFH or MFH (2-4 units) properties with value add potential.
