Retired Navy family investing in single family homes. Italian and English speaking. Husband is an airline pilot for Frontier. We've always been interested in investing in real estate and would like to take it a step further. I manage all the properties we own and would like to be able to start finding deals to either buy and hold or flip. We are not afraid of doing work on a home as sweat equity. I'm really interested in getting familiar with tax liens, auctions, and foreclosures. We really enjoy real estate.
