I have been in the laboratory business for 16 years with a degree in biology and lab science. Last year I recently quit my hospital lab job to be at home with my kids. I'm became interested in real estate when I heard from a friend the cash flow benefits. After doing a little research with my husband I became excited about real estate investing.
