Truth is I'm a creative who loves logistics, event production and all people, places and things. I am currently studying Real Estate to get my license here in California and am looking at new and creative ways to decrease the crime rates in low income communities. I sing, dance, have an acoustic guitar at home that has dust on it and I'm part of an amazing voiceover community, where I plan to start classes with in November. What does this mean? I'm animated, my open houses will be memorable and my fix and flips have character, style and attitude. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, can't stay in one place for too long, enjoy a challenge like boot camps and 5 am Soul Cycle spin classes. I live to motivate, inspire and encourage others and I love training on technology and systems that encourage a higher rate of return for your business. What I need to work on?
