Hello, I have worked for very large, New England based Property Management Companies as a Property Manager for the last seven years. At this time, I am interested in establishing my own Management Company and/or purchasing apartment communities for a large return/NOI. However, I am in need of an investing partner to get going. I am also interested in buying and "flipping" properties for a quick profit, and establishing and/or working with housing programs to provide families starting out a chance to own their own home.
