REALTOR® AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA. My name is Stephanie Sue, I am a Wisconsin native (go Packers), but we all know how growing up cold can draw you to the warmth. A lot of us Wisconsin-ites end up here in beautiful San Diego, but before I migrated to the ocean I spent all my time in the mountains. I was a professional snowboarder in my youth and had a blast traveling and living in Utah, Oregon, Colorado and all over the wild west. I coached freestyle snowboarding for a while, after the sport had physically taken it's toll on my body, and I eventually retired here, in Southern California! I have a fiancé, Pat, and a very old, but lively cat, Kitty (she’s been in my family for 18 years)! I love to surf, play guitar and write music when time allows! I've always had my hands in real estate one way or another over the years and I couldn't imagine any other career. I have a work background in sales and negotiations, investments, retirement, and all things math. None of that, however important, trumps my passion for meeting people, networking, and helping others. I've always been extremely into philanthropic work, and my desire to see others succeed, thrive and find happiness, is the driving force behind why I became a Realtor. It's important to me that I encourage what's best for my clients. Being that I grew up with family in San Diego, and living in a variety of its communities as long as I have, it has really solidified my knowledge of the neighborhoods, and the nuances that make them unique. I strive for flawlessly smooth transactions, to exceed my client’s expectations, and to find and negotiate the best deals and terms for my clients. I am constantly pushing for self-betterment and improving the lives of those around me.
