Stephanie Sharpe

Hi, My name is Stephanie and I have had this nagging itch to get involved in real estate investing for some time. I have attended a few costly seminars and personal financial set backs have gotten in the way of forming an llc. or developing the much needed team of people ( legal advisor, contractors, hard money lender, etc..). I have purchased and sold five houses I have lived in. Fought HUD from foreclosure on my first home. Have some general basic knowledge of running the numbers and what to look for in a good deal. I am in a tight financial spot and am looking to earn some income doing what I really find exciting, this, and building a legacy for my children and grandchildren. I look forward to building these business relationships with you all. Stephanie
