Stephen Bruce

I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I am a transplant to Greenville, SC since 2014. I attended Bob Jones University where I met my lovely wife, Emily. We got married in 2019 and had our daughter in September of 2022. By occupation and training, I am an ICU Nurse. I have been working at Spartanburg Medical Center since 2017. My passion is for healthcare and my patients. This job allows my wife and I the security to invest as we see fit. In my free time, I have fun investing in RE. My focus is on buy and hold (BRRRR), but I am adopting many strategies to be successful in this industry. I love the Upstate of SC and am passionate about seeing it become a better place!
