Stephen Groves

My wife, two sons, and I live in a small university town 45 minutes east of St. Louis, Missouri. I work full-time at the university in our town and manage some rental properties on the side. I currently own 9 rental units and use rental real estate for additional income. My career goal in the area of real estate is to use rentals/flips/private money lending to generate $50k per year. While I currently self manage my rentals, I am very interested in learning more about flipping and finding a partner to work with. I have access to the capital needed to fund the initial sale of the property and am hoping to work with someone who take on the rehab side of the process. My background is in mathematics and finance, so I love running the numbers, analyzing deals, and keeping the spreadsheets.
