I'm a Marin local & I've been exposed to real estate & construction my whole life through a family portfolio that I've helped maintain. I'm not a newbie but I know enough to realize there always a ton you don't know. I'm looking for someone that will partner on deals and bring some capital to the equation. I'm focused in value add renovations on small to medium multi-family developments... but a good deal is a good deal and I'm always interested in making some money.
