A native Ohioan born in Dayton then moving to Lebanon during the summer of 1968. My career path challenges have been met with great anticipation and hope. Real Estate is no exception. Beginning in 2004, as an investor, it became clear that the complexities of real estate are not easily managed nor understood. As an agent, it is my responsibility to simplify each transaction phase in order that each home buyer, seller or investor have comprehensive knowledge from which to make informed decisions. Experience: Mostly as an investor and as of last August I'm now a licensed RE agent. We, my brother and I, have developed a small group (LLC) for investing both for resale and to hold. Real Estate Goals: Our goals, as investors, is to establish 12 to 20 properties to help augment our Social Security - not there yet but as the fed continues to cheat us, we've decided that real estate is much more sound. Currently Seeking: We are looking for properties closer to home.
