I am a new Real Estate Investor based out of the Washington, Missouri area (close to St. Louis). Currently, my wife and I are on a journey to attain financial independence and generational wealth for our growing family, we have 2 boys! We are looking for our first purchase of a single-family home and or 2-4 multi-unit property to buy and hold. Right now our time is spent between our jobs, tearing through Zillow on the daily, and unplanned drives through surrounding neighborhoods looking for distressed/vacant homes.
