Im 24 years old, currently working a full time job and doing well for myself, however i would like to set up more financial security for my future and ensure a comfortable retirement. Real estate investments have always sparked an interest of mine, and recently that interest has grown into a very strong interest. It seems to be a great way to potentially make some passive income if done the right way. Not necessarily looking to become a multi millionare (as much as i wouldnt mind that), but if in the long run i end up with a few nice homes that more or less payed for themselves i will be a happy man, i guess thats my ultimate goal/challenge here. I dont know a whole lot about the real estate world but i have recently started looking into the fundamentals of real estate investing (primarily rental properties). I have been watching videos, reading blogs, reading investors guides, buying books, so i am hoping to continue learning as much as possible and to develop a good understanding of how this business works before i make my first move ! I have to say my sudden strong interest in this field has me feeling quite excited, and extremely ambitious, i am here to learn as much as possible. I wish i started looking into this a few years ago but better late than never. Looking forward to the journey that lies ahead.
