Stephen Sun

Stephen Sun is a founder of DIG LLC and is focused on, financial modeling, feasibility study, architectural design, and all aspects of development. Prior to DIG, Stephen was the Associate Director of Development at Architects Local and a real estate finance consultant at Meyers Research specializing in custom geo-spatial analysis, development due diligence, and underwriting. Prior, he has worked in healthcare planning, private real estate developers focused on industrial and multifamily products, and in offices focused on long-range master planning and urban design. He so happens to be a licensed architect in MA too! This broad technical and disciplinary expertise grants him unrivaled insight into ground up development. Most notably, he led the master plan and feasibility study of a 12M square foot tech campus in Silicon Valley. He was also part of the Haiti reconstruction team after the 2010 earthquake with Architecture For Humanity where he began integrating the AEC industries. Stephen is a Carnegie Mellon alumnus, holds a B.Arch from Sci-Arc, and graduated from Harvard University with a M.Arch II focused on Real Estate Development.
