Steve Hardaker

I have worked as a Financial Consultant thru my own company Investment Solutions for over 13 years. My responsibilities focused primarily on Commercial development and creating JV business opportunities for my clients. Additionally, I worked with Brokers across the country with difficult clients that were in Bankruptcy, had bad credit or are in need of higher LTV loans, including other distressed business opportunities which needed financing. I have been in the Investor community in Seattle for over 8 years. This is mostly associated with investors seeking 'on' and 'off' market properties primarily for Flip/Hold rehabilitation.. All aspects of my work include feasibility, gathering documentation and ensure applications consistently meet fundamental underwriting standards.. Responsible for handling the entire loan process through funding. Currently, I am a Business Development Rep for both a Broker and a Construction company . Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible to act as American Pacific Mortgage & 203k Home Renovations ambassador in the broker community. The BDA will focus on supporting broker partners to meet and exceed sales targets as well as delivering a positive broker experience by providing advice, solutions and sound marketing strategies. In addition the BDR is responsible for the functional system training and product training to broker partners & Real Estate Agents, Investors, Contractors and End Users. This includes identifying system training needs, developing training guidelines and schedules, conducting broker focus groups and receiving and facilitating feedback on our 203k Home Renovation system and products.
