I am from Tigard Oregon and started investing in real estate in 2013. Our 1st purchase was a SFR. Then I caught the property bug. I wanted more, I constantly read about real estate, landlording, and running numbers in my head. I am a Pharmacist by training and a landlord by obsession. Experience: I currently have 9 doors across 5 properties. I have been doing this since 2013. I like multi-plex properties. Real Estate Goals: In the short term our goal is to cash flow enough to pay for our children's college. We chose to invest in real estate instead of a 529 college savings plan. Our 10 year plan is to off-set our income so we can either retire early (in our 50's) or at least work less than we are now. Our long term goal is to have 20 properties to off-set our retirement financial needs. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking advice and searching for a mentor.
