I am an avid outdoorsman, Mt Biker, Hiker, Rafter, Traveler, Diver/Snorkeler, and Disc Golfer, as well as about 72 other activities I don't have the willingness to write down. I own several businesses and looking to grow into REI for a Legacy income. I'm starting with Multi Family mostly Tri Plex and 4 Plex to start and hoping to Develop some great properties in the next few years. In the meantime, I am looking to build a QUALITY Team, in and around the Denver/Boulder Colorado area, and then branch out to a few other emerging Markets. As of now I think along with my exit strategy of developing some properties, I want to transition into an Asset manager versus a "Landlord" IF you have similar Hobbies, Goals, lets connect, as I FIRMLY believe there's "enough rice in the bowl" for all of us.
