My life has been split between two worlds. I've spent a couple of decades coaching the jumping events in track and field at the collegiate and high school levels. Sprinkled in between those gaps of coaching stints I've worked in real estate learning about new home development, investing, single family sales and fixing/flipping. What makes me tick is definitely my coaching but I want to create legacy wealth that my nieces and nephews can use to create a better world for their future endeavors. I may be a Californian by residence but my heart and investing mind remain in the Midwest. I'd love connecting with those of you that are interested in apartment building investing, financing of apartments and managing of these unique assets.
