I have been working with my daughter for about a year, starting with tax lien investing, then a tax deed purchase, which we are flipping. We want to diversify a bit, and need some cash flow properties to cover operating expenses while we look for other flippable properties. Our focus is on ROI, pretty much wherever we can get it.
