About myself
I am currently looking to work with buy and hold investors looking to rent. I can kickback 20% of my commission to help with closing costs! Down the road, with anyone I partner with, we can look at finding off market properties that may want to invest in as well. Experience: Invested in several single family and an apartment building in the Detroit area about 15 years ago. I know how to help research investments and see how well a market area is doing with rental opportunities. Forney and Royse City present good opportunities in 2024.
