Steve Miller

I'm a buy and hold investor from beautiful Golden, Colorado! I own 13 units in Denver, Lakewood, Golden and Colorado Springs and am always looking to add to my portfolio. I work full-time outside of real estate and tend to gravitate towards properties with mild to moderate cosmetic defects. Other than real estate I'm interested in skiing (particularly backcountry and ski mountaineering), trail running, cycling, hiking, mountaineering, camping, rafting and triathlon. I'm always down to network (especially while doing the above activities, but I'll meet you for coffee at the Windy Saddle too)!
