I am a Family Medicine Physician who focuses on buy and hold investing with small multifamily properties in the Fargo, ND area Experience: I bought a triplex in medical school and lived in a unit while I rented the other two to classmates. I've done dozens of transactions since with almost all of them requiring extensive renovation. I currently own 53 units across 13 properties. Real Estate Goals: Continuing to add multifamily properties to my portfolio. I currently own 53 units and we're closing on an additional 12 units on 5/4/20. My goals for this year are to finish my current renovation projects, refinance three properties, and pay off all my nonmortgage debt! Currently Seeking: Multi-family properties in the Fargo, ND.
