I have been a real estate investor over 15 years. In my past career I have been a licensed real estate agent and a licensed MLO (Mortgage Loan Officer). While I am no longer an active agent, I enjoy helping others understand the system and shed light into the mystery behind real estate finance so they can reach their real estate goals. I have a diverse background in out-of-state real estate investing in ID and AZ, local CA properties, corporate finance, and management skills sets.
