My wife, Ann, and I started investing in multifamily real estate about 12 years ago. We did not want to rely on 401K or social security for retirement. Along the way we started a business to acquire and manage the apartments we purchased. Ann and I enjoy finding buildings and analyzing them. One of our niches has been converting units that have not been taken care of and rehabbing them so we can hold them for the cash flow. Experience: We have acquired 88 units of apartment buildings spread over 15 different buildings. We primarily invest in Waukesha county, WI. We also actively lend private money to individuals doing flips or BRRRR's. Real Estate Goals: We would like to double the size of our current portfolio to be able to hit our 'freedom number' Currently Seeking: We would like to add at least 100 units to our portfolio. This could be through smaller acquisitions or one large acquisition. I would also be interested in partnering with other investors on deals (rehab, property analysis, financing)
