Living in Spokane, WA with my wife and two boys. Moved from Southern California after selling our eleven year old pest control business. We moved to create a slower pace of life for our family. Real estate has always been very intriguing to me and I learned early on there is money to be made. The only way for us to up size was to buy fixers in decent neighborhoods. I want to transfer the concept of forced appreciation to rentals and create cash flow. Now I have the time and energy to concentrate on real estate.
