Steven Crosby

Active investor in passive rentals and SFR rehabilitations with my brother and partner,Daniel Goodridge. I started out in construction as a young child in my father's construction company. I worked my way up to a supervisor at SCI Construction Services and moved on to become C.O.O of The Villages Green And Clean, a foreclosure preparation and rehabilitation specialist company. I then began learning about investing in real estate with my brother at WTG Homes, where in rehabilitation we learned the basics through mistakes and education. Having experienced many deals we now are ready to venture out on our own.
